Payment
I accept Bank transfer and PayPal payments. Payment is due at the time when you receive payment information via email.
Shipping
The goods in this store are already made. However, there is still a possibility to order unique handcrafts - contact and tell your idea. Goods are shipped (or production begins) only upon receipt of payment.
Goods are sent by registered mail.
Unless you request otherwise, the packages will be delivered to the address indicated on your receipt.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me and let me know, then send it back for exchange or repair. Whether it needs to be repaired or exchanged will be determined by seeing the damage. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning it for repair or replacement.

Custom orders vary in production time. When placing an order, please let me know when you need it so I can do my best to get your order on time. If for any reason I am unable to complete it by the requested date I will let you know and give you the opportunity to accept the changed date or cancel the order.
